The Service provides tools for planning and managing FOG (fats, oils, and grease) treatment in commercial kitchens, including a dosing calculator, saved reports, and optional SMS treatment reminders. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
If you add notification contacts, you confirm you have permission to send SMS reminders to those numbers. Recipients may reply STOP to opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Dosing recommendations, cost estimates, and savings figures produced by the Service are guidance based on the inputs you provide and general industry assumptions. They are not a guarantee of results and do not replace professional judgment or compliance with applicable local codes and regulations. You are responsible for verifying field conditions and for the safe handling and application of any products.
The Service, including its content, calculators, and branding, is owned by Bio-Pure Products Inc. and protected by applicable law. You retain ownership of the facility and report data you enter.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bio-Pure will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
