This Privacy Policy explains how Bio-Pure Products Inc. ("Bio-Pure," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Bio-Pure FOG Management Platform — our web and mobile application for managing fats, oils, and grease (FOG) treatment in commercial kitchens (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

Information We Collect

• Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and an encrypted password. Passwords are stored in hashed form by our authentication provider and are never visible to us.
• Facility & operational data. Information you enter to use the tool — facility names, interceptor and drain details, dosing inputs, and the treatment reports you generate and save.
• Notification contacts. Names and mobile phone numbers you add so the Service can send SMS treatment reminders to the people you designate. You are responsible for having permission to add another person's number.
• Technical data. Standard log and device information (such as IP address, browser or app version, and timestamps) generated automatically when you use the Service.

We do not collect payment card numbers, government identifiers, or precise location data.

How We Use Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service and your account.
• To generate dosing reports and store them for your later access.
• To send SMS treatment reminders to the contacts you configure.
• To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical problems.
• To respond to your requests and support inquiries.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

SMS / Text Messaging

The Service can send SMS treatment reminders to the mobile numbers you add as notification contacts. Messages are delivered through our messaging provider, Twilio. Message frequency depends on the reminder schedules you configure. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP to unsubscribe from further messages at any time, or HELP for assistance. Mobile opt-in information and consent are used solely to deliver the reminders you request and are never shared with third parties or used for marketing.

How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage for your account and reports.
• Twilio — delivery of the SMS reminders you configure.
• Cloudflare — application hosting and content delivery.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

Data Retention

We retain your account and facility data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Contact, below); we will delete it within a reasonable period except where retention is required by law.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices & Rights

• Access, correct, or update your account and facility data from within the app.
• Remove any notification contact at any time to stop reminders to that number.
• Reply STOP to any SMS to opt that number out of messages.
• Request a copy or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

Children's Privacy

The Service is a business tool intended for use by adults in commercial settings. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice within the Service.
